Yes. Setting it up costs nothing, the 2 weeks cost nothing, and we never ask for card details.
What happens after 2 weeks?
You decide. Keep it for the monthly fee we agreed on the call before the trial started, or tell us you don't want it and we switch it off. There's nothing to cancel.
So what's the catch?
There isn't one. The trial is how we find clients. If the automation earns its keep, you'll want to keep it. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.
Is it AI, or just automation?
Both, depending on the job. AI does the reading and writing: understanding a message, replying to it and pulling out the details. Simple rules do the rest, like sending a reminder three days before a date. We use whichever does the job properly, and tell you which is which.
Do we have to change our software?
No. It works around the tools you already use: your phone, email, diary, and booking, CRM or accounts software. Whether a particular tool can be connected is checked on the call, before anything is promised.
Why aren't prices listed?
Because the right setup depends on the tools you use and how much work goes through it. We'd rather agree a fair monthly fee on a short call than guess here. You know the figure before the trial starts, and you can walk away at the end of it.
