What we collect and why

If you send the form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, which automation you'd like to try, and, if you give them, your website and your message.

We use these details to reply to you, to arrange a call, and to set up and run your free trial if you start one. We do this because you asked us to, as a step towards a possible contract with you.

If you start a trial, any details the automation handles for you, such as your customers' enquiries, are covered by a written agreement between us, made before the trial starts.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

The automation checker and its chat

Your answers to the automation checker stay in your browser. They reach us only if you ask a question in the checker's chat, or send the form, where we add them to the message box so you can see and change them first.

If you ask a question in the chat, we send your question, your checker answers and the conversation so far to Anthropic, the company whose AI (Claude) writes the reply. We do this to answer the question you asked. Anthropic is based in the United States, so your question is processed there. Under its commercial terms it does not use what you send to train its models. We don't keep a copy of the conversation. Please don't type personal details into the chat.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies. The automation checker keeps your answers in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so your results are still there if you look at another page. That stays on your device.

Who handles your details for us

• Our website host, which receives the form when you send it.
• Our email provider, which delivers your request to us and our reply to you.
• Anthropic, which provides the AI that answers questions in the checker's chat, only if you use the chat.

How long we keep them

If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires for our records. We don't store chat conversations. Anthropic deletes them after a limited period, as its own privacy policy explains.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@ijnsystems.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
