Is the trial really free?
Yes. Setting it up costs nothing, the 2 weeks cost nothing, and we never ask for card details.
What happens after 2 weeks?
You decide. Keep it for the monthly fee we agreed on the call before the trial started, or tell us you don't want it and we switch it off. There's nothing to cancel.
Why aren't prices listed?
Because the right setup depends on the tools you use and how much work goes through it. We'd rather agree a fair monthly fee on a short call than guess here. You know the figure before the trial starts, and you can walk away at the end of it.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, changes and support. If you want something adjusted, you ask and we change it.
Is custom work part of the free trial?
No. Custom work is built just for you, so it's quoted after a free 15-minute call instead. Our six ready-made automations each come with the free trial.
Do we have to change our software?
No. It works around the tools you already use: your phone, email, diary, and booking, CRM or accounts software. Whether a particular tool can be connected is checked on the call, before anything is promised.
